What You'll Do:
Perform advanced security research in SaaS applications to identify security risks, and build product capabilities to proactively address them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management, to integrate security practices into the product.
Stay abreast of the latest SaaS security threats, research, and technologies, integrating this knowledge into our security strategy.
Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and past professional experience implementing.
Prepare and present detailed reports on findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

As an Offensive Security Engineer, you will spearhead offensive security operations and lead advanced threat research initiatives, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization and customers from evolving cyber threats. You will develop and execute Red Team exercises, simulate real-world attacks, and identify security weaknesses in systems and applications. As an Offensive Security Engineer, you will
Lead, plan, design, and execute Red Team operations, threat modeling, and adversarial simulations against infrastructure and cloud environments.
Drive threat research and intelligence initiatives to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and vulnerabilities.
Develop and execute advanced attack scenarios to assess security defenses and provide actionable recommendations for improving security posture.
Collaborate closely with security engineering, DevOps, and software development teams to implement findings and enhance our defenses.
Lead the development of tooling, frameworks, and methodologies to automate and optimize Red Team exercises.
Mentor and guide a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Participate in incident responses when Red Team exercises reveal vulnerabilities, providing expertise on attack techniques, forensics, and post-attack mitigation.
Continuously assess and improve security processes, playbooks, and threat detection mechanisms.

סגן.ית ראש היחידה לביטחון טכנולוגי אחראי.ת על פיתוח, הובלה ובקרה של פעילות הביטחון הטכנולוגי בארגון, בדגש על הגנת מערך הניסויים (מה"ן), אבטחת טכנולוגיות, מודיעין טכנולוגי, סייבר ופרויקטים מסווגים, בהתאם להנחיות ולאיום הייחוס של מלמ"ב.
במסגרת התפקיד, בעל.ת התפקיד אחראי.ת על ריכוז והפצת תמונת מודיעין טכנולוגי, ניהול תוכניות עבודה מול מב"טים במערך הביטחון, ביצוע בקרה ומבדקים ביטחוניים, הובלת פורומים מקצועיים וניהול פרויקטי ביטחון טכנולוגי.
בנוסף, התפקיד כולל ניהול ממשקי עבודה שוטפים מול גורמי מלמ"ב, מטכ"ם, מערכת הביטחון ותעשיות ביטחוניות נוספות, לצד הובלת פעילויות צוות אדום, מבדקי חדירה וליווי פרויקטים מסווגים בהיבטי ההגנה הטכנולוגית.

Your goal is to conduct cutting-edge research into novel attack vectors and vulnerabilities, using those insights to both sharpen our AI and lead the industry conversation on AI-driven security. Youll work alongside a tight-knit team building excellent software in the security space.
Responsibilites
Original Research: Develop new attack strategies and offensive testing techniques for web, network and AI targets, and translate real-world knowledge into improvements for the AI agent
Thought Leadership: Produce high-quality technical content, including research papers, stage demonstrations, or technical blog posts that showcase our unique capabilities and security philosophy.
Public Advocacy: Represent our research at major security conferences and industry events.
AI Enhancement: Part of the team improving the AI hacker to make it more dangerous and creative.
