* B.Sc. in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems.
* 23 years of experience in CRM Dynamics development and implementation.
* Experience with custom solutions, workflows, reports, dashboards, APIs, and Plugins.
* Proficiency in C #.NET and JavaScript.
* Experience in troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support.
* Teamwork and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Advantage: familiarity with DCP, Ribbon, CRM architecture, On-Premise, GW Open API, CRM Online, and Marketing Automation.
