Responsibilities
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights, at the same time use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of conversion-rate optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing web and app funnels to drive conversions and enhance conversion.
Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range (USD) is required.

Ad Operations Manager - CTV We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to lead our CTV (Connected TV) operations. This is an end-to-end role requiring a hands-on professional to manage ongoing activities with direct SSPs, handle campaign optimization, and troubleshoot technical issues. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the execution, monitoring, and performance improvement of advanced advertising solutions within the CTV ecosystem, working closely with R&D, Business Development, and global publishers. * Technical Implementation: Work with VAST, VPAID, and OpenRTB protocols; manage Ads.txt and implement SDKs/Tags within CTV applications.
