Enforcing best practices across product operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Deliver, create and maintain in-depth product documentation and training for Professional Services and business teams
Owning and handling highly complex technical escalations coming from Professional Services and consulting on complex implementations/issues coming from clients (may require dev-to-dev calls with clients Engineering teams)
Monitoring product health and performance to identify issues early and analyzing the quality of service (delivery/support) provided to our customers
Managing bugs and feature gaps proactively to improve product health and user trust
Improving Professional Services efficiency through AI developments that streamline decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational visibility.

Requirements:
Must-Have:
10+ years in software QA / Quality Engineering, including automation.
5+ years in a quality leadership or quality management role.
Experience with distributed cloud systems (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Strong understanding of backend microservices, frontend UI frameworks, and data pipelines.
Proven experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, pytest, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
Excellent understanding of the SDLC and Agile processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with ML model validation and ML lifecycle quality.
Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, ELK).
Experience with performance, scalability, and resiliency testing.
Experience working with SQL/noSQL databases and large-scale datasets.

Requirements:
You have at least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices for manual testing (automation is an advantage).
You have experience with web application testing and mobile testing. Familiarity with testing tools like Postman and API testing is essential.
You have hands-on experience working with Xray for test case management, tracking bugs, and ensuring test coverage.
Experience with SQL & Databases: You have experience with SQL and relational databases (Postgres experience is an advantage).
You are a sharp-minded, self-learner with great attention to detail. You are thorough in your testing, ensuring that edge cases are handled appropriately.
You are experienced in collaborating with development, product, and other teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.

Requirements:
Have at least 4+ years of experience and solid technical aptitude and a passion for learning new technologies, products, and Manual QA methodologies.
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and bug reporting.
High-level proficiency in English to effectively communicate with teams across the organization
Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical issues and interact with cross-functional teams effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to embrace changes in product requirements and QA processes.
Required: A solid understanding of web technologies and the architecture of the web
Advantage: Knowledge of coding languages, such as JavaScript or Python, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc)
Advantage: Experience working with SQL to perform database queries and validate data integrity.

Requirements:
You bring 3+ years of hands-on QA automation experience, using JavaScript and are highly proficient with Playwright (a must-have skill).
Youve designed and implemented robust end-to-end testing processes for scalable, complex applications.
Youre well-versed in Jira and Confluence, using them to manage test cases, track bugs, and coordinate QA efforts.
You have practical experience working in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, integrating them into testing infrastructure.
You thrive in team settings, working closely with developers, product managers, and others to align QA with broader goals.
You handle challenges with agility, adapting to fast-paced environments and contributing creative solutions under pressure.
